my father used to tell me about the legal dilemmas in puerto rico as epitomized by the location of la perla which dominately and politically known to have the best seashore view on the island. la perla is located in the old city of san juan along with la fortaleza and several of the old city forts all within a few miles and is considered emblematic of the ceding of political possibility
